HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Kemper Industrial’s story began in 1978, when John Kemper founded Kemper Refrigeration with a mission: to provide industrial refrigeration facilities with the highest quality, most timely, and most economical installations and services available. As our reputation for excellence grew, so did our company. In 2013, we expanded to Idaho, rebranding as Kemper Northwest to reflect our growing regional presence. A decade later, continued growth beyond the Northwest inspired our evolution into Kemper Industrial—a name that honors our legacy while embracing our national reach and broader expertise.
